Lyme Regis Beach
Lyme Regis Beach - the beaches at Lyme Regis are a mixture of sand and pebbles. The Front beach is a flat, sandy beach, as is Cobb Gate. Monmouth beach to the west is very pebbly and shelves down to the sea. Toilets are located in the car parks.

Monmouth Beach
Monmouth Beach - is sand and pebble and is located just outside Lyme Regis. Ware Cliffs just above the beach is estimated to be nearly 200 million years old. There is a pay car park with direct access to the beach, toilets are located in the car park.

Dinosaurland Fossil Museum - the museum contains a spectacular collection of over 16,000 specimens of local Jurassic marine fossils. The collection grows each year and is now probably the best fossil collection on public display in SW England.
The Cobb - an old stone pier dating from the time of Edward I. With a length of 870 feet the curve of the Cobb forms a fine promenade though its upper surface slopes to the sea at an appreciable angle. Its high wall makes it a double promenade and walkers have a choice of shelter or a glorious blow.
